Step 1: Login or create a Google Tag Manager account
Step 2: Click "Add a new tag"

Step 3: Make sure to name your tag clearly. Then, you will select the section that says "Tag Configuration"

Step 4: In Tag Configuration, select the option that says "Custom HTML"
